Michael Payne has been with Paul Mueller Company for 19 years. His tenure began in 1999, before he graduated college. Michael has held many roles at PMC prior to his position as the Financial and Operations Manager, including General Finance Manager, Estimating Manager and Project Manager.
Michael has been instrumental in leading the company to a culture of continuous improvement and he oversees renovations and updates to the almost 70 year old headquarters in Springfield, MO.
Michael has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, an MBA from Drury University, and also holds his Professional Engineer's license.
